Sales Support Representative

What are you going to do?

As a Sales Support Employee (inside sales), you will be one of the regular points of contact for our customers. You will ensure that inquiries, orders, and follow-ups are handled professionally and efficiently.

Your tasks:

• You will support our customers with questions about products, availability, orders, and deliveries.
• You create quotes, process orders correctly, and follow them up accurately from inquiry to delivery.
• You maintain daily contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• You work closely with our account managers, purchasing department, logistics, and other internal departments.
• You have broad product knowledge within the world of household appliances or are willing to build it.
• You help us provide excellent service to our customers every day.

In short, you are a vital link who ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
