Technical warehouse worker parts (m/f/x)

Your role

In this combined position, you will be the central point of contact for parts within the service department:

• You manage the parts warehouse for the service technicians
• You ensure proper receipt, storage and issue of parts
• You place orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries
• You are responsible for administrative processing (inventory management, registrations, follow-up)
• You liaise with suppliers and customers, including in French
• At peak times, you will support colleagues by providing technical advice to customers on repairs over the phone

You combine technical understanding with structure, accuracy and communication.

Your profile

• You have a technical education
• You feel at home in a warehouse environment, combined with administrative work
• You work in a structured and precise manner
• You are communicative and service-oriented
• You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French (written and oral)
• You can work fluently with a computer (ERP, inventory management, administration)
• You enjoy working independently, but also function well in a team

Experience is a plus, but motivation and technical understanding are equally important.
